Shipping & Delivery
Do I need to pay for shipping?
We are delighted to offer complimentary standard shipping for all wig orders within the United States, Canada, and Europe (excluding remote areas). For more specific delivery timeframes, please review our Shipping Policy.
How can I track my order?
Once your crown is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can seamlessly track your package's journey for free at www.17track.net. For any additional assistance, our customer service team is always here to help.
Can I change my shipping address?
Before shipping: Please contact us immediately at support@jaliza.com or via our Contact Page to update your address.
After shipping: Unfortunately, address modifications are no longer possible once the package is en route. Please ensure absolute accuracy when placing your order.
Why did my items arrive in different packages?
If you ordered multiple exquisite pieces, they might be dispatched from different warehouses to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Each item is shipped within 1 business day, but delivery times may vary slightly based on the warehouse location.
Returns & Modifications
What is your return & exchange policy?
We want you to be absolutely in love with your purchase. We offer a 30-Day Free Return & Exchange window for eligible items in their original, unused condition. For comprehensive instructions and eligibility, please visit our Return & Exchange Policy.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Before dispatch: We fully support order cancellations (with a full refund) or item swaps. Please reach out to support@jaliza.com ASAP.
After dispatch: Cancellations are not possible, but product switches are! Simply return the original item once received. Please check our Return Policy for the warehouse address relevant to your location.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
We deeply apologize if this rare event occurs. Please send a clear photo of the damaged item along with your order information to support@jaliza.com within the 30-day window. Our team will ensure a swift resolution.

How do I apply a discount code or JL Club points?
Simply proceed to the checkout page. You will find a dedicated field to enter your exclusive discount code or apply your accumulated JL Club points to get a discount on your order. Click "Apply," and your total will automatically reflect the savings.
What if I forget to apply my discount code during ordering?
Don't worry! As long as your order hasn't been processed yet, please contact our support team at support@jaliza.com with your order number and the valid discount code. We will do our absolute best to assist you.

What is the composition of JALIZA braided wigs?
Our wigs are an engineering masterpiece. Most JALIZA styles feature premium lightweight synthetic fiber for the braids for a long-lasting shape, flawlessly blended with 100% virgin human hair for the flowing boho curls and baby hairs, adding incredible softness and styling versatility.
How should I wash and revive my wig?
To preserve the pristine boho curls, avoid frequent washing. When a wash is necessary:
- Fill a basin with warm water and moisturizing shampoo.
- Submerge and gently swish—never rub or wring.
- Rinse, pat dry, and apply a curl-defining gel to the boho curls.
Pro Tip: No time for a wash? Lightly spray with a water and conditioner mix to instantly revive the curls!
Do I need to bleach the knots or pluck the hairline?
Absolutely not! Every JALIZA wig features pre-bleached knots and a pre-plucked natural hairline on Real Swiss HD Lace. It is meticulously customized so it’s ready to wear straight out of the box.
