We want you to completely love your new crown. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Once requested, please dispatch the item within 3 days (we can extend this to 7 days under special circumstances).

Your convenience is our priority. We will issue you a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping fee as long as the item is sent back within 7 days of your return request.
3. Condition of the Wig
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, all returned units must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with the lace uncut and all original tags attached. For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or altered products.
4. Damaged Upon Arrival?
We rigorously inspect every wig before shipping. However, if your product arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos or videos. We will immediately arrange a pristine replacement and cover all return shipping costs (up to $10).
5. Style Swaps & Change of Mind
Changing your mind is perfectly fine. If you wish to exchange your wig for a different style or color within 30 days, our concierge team is here to help. As long as the unit is pristine and the lace is uncut, we will guide you through the exchange process. Plus, if you request the exchange within the first 7 days of delivery, JALIZA will gladly cover the return shipping costs—absolutely no handling fees attached.
6. Custom Orders
Since custom pieces are meticulously hand-crafted specifically for you, they are considered final sale. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed quality defect upon arrival.

Bought this unit for my 9 day cruise to the Caribbean. It exceeded my expectations. Eased my cruise hair worries, I suffer from alopecia and psoriasis in my scalp. This held up on the beach, in the water, and in the hot weather so well! I use the Got2B glue bond and Freeze spray for my units as I usually do not remove them for my 5 day work week, I run an Urgent Care and a PCP office…this unit has maintained its amazing look. It has been washed and deep conditioned twice…it still looks and feels fabulous. I get so many compliments. People thought my hair was really braided. I’m grateful for creations like this. They are a gift to us with natural hair troubles.

I love the wig people thought it was my own hair that was braided. I love putting on a wear and go wig, I just wish that you would not have to bleach the knots(and of course I do not know how)so I went with the hair tent. The strap could be better ( it unhooks) it is still worth having, you will not be disappointed 😉

I love the movement of the braided wig. I love the realistic look of it. I love the snugness of it. It fits very smooth and secure and the color is just amazing and it just pops and the scalp is GIVINGGGGG. I received my boho braids yesterday. Shipping was pretty good and the braids came in nice packaging. I had purchased the salt and pepper hair color for which the color was darker than what the picture showed online. I was hoping to have more salt for color pattern. Yet, the weight of wig wasn't too heavy for I was glad. It had some shedding, but I washed it thoroughly and it seem to be a little better after. But the wig seems a little scratchy from the braids. I given it a little oil to soften it. The wig seems to be good. This is my first boho braid wig and I'm just trying to get use to it.
