Si vous avez besoin de votre perruque pour une date précise (par exemple, pour un événement ou des vacances), nous vous recommandons vivement de choisir un article « En Stock » et d'opter pour la livraison express.
Articles en précommande (Pre-Sale) : Ces pièces exclusives sont encore en cours de confection. Veuillez prévoir 1 à 2 semaines pour leur fabrication avant l'expédition. Une fois prêtes, elles suivront les délais d'expédition standard ci-dessous.

Pour être éligible à un remboursement intégral ou à un échange, toutes les pièces retournées doivent être dans leur état d'origine, non portées, non lavées et non endommagées, avec la dentelle (lace) non coupée et toutes les étiquettes d'origine attachées. Pour des raisons d'hygiène et de qualité, nous ne pouvons accepter les retours de produits utilisés ou altérés.
4. Produit Endommagé à l'Arrivée ?
Nous inspectons rigoureusement chaque perruque avant expédition. Cependant, si votre produit arrive endommagé en raison du transport, veuillez nous contacter dans les 48 heures suivant la réception avec des photos ou des vidéos. Nous organiserons immédiatement un remplacement impeccable et prendrons en charge tous les frais de retour (jusqu'à 10 €).
5. Échanges de Style & Changement d'Avis
Changer d'avis est tout à fait naturel. Si vous souhaitez échanger votre perruque contre un style ou une couleur différente dans un délai de 30 jours, notre équipe de conciergerie est là pour vous aider. Tant que la pièce est impeccable et que la dentelle n'est pas coupée, nous vous guiderons tout au long du processus d'échange. De plus, si vous demandez l'échange dans les 7 premiers jours suivant la livraison, JALIZA se fera un plaisir de prendre en charge les frais de retour — sans absolument aucun frais de gestion.
6. Commandes Sur Mesure

Im more than impressed with this unit it was easy to install and so very light on your head not heavy at all. This is my first unit from Jaliza it will not be my last. The unit I got has 79 strands I want my next unit to at 100 to 120 strands. If you are on the fence about purchasing go on and take a leap you will not be disappointed. Jaliza thank you for making it possible for women to have beautiful braids.

Right out the box, haven't cut lace yet! Lightweight. I got 79 braids. no smell at all. great length for my "golden age"🙂 Hubby said "oh didn't know you got your hair braided today" so very realistic. Shipping 💋 took 7 days. Jaliza & Co did her thing!

JALIZA, I absolutely love, love, love this unit! It is sleek and lightweight, and the hair looks like it is growing from my scalp. The only issue I had was cutting the lace too close to the braids to remove the baby hairs.

Love the basic style & length. It is light weight and cool to wear. IT DOES NOT TANGLE like regular hair pieces. Braids do not tangle!! No matter what product I put in the hair piece, it would always tangle underneath or get puffy a few minutes after applying in whatever type of weather. The price of this was great too! Highly recommend!! This style is natural looking!! The only drawback is that I would have liked a side part.
So I love JALIZA wigs that is why I have five. Beautifully braided perfect protective style for any season and super soft no weird smell out the bags and easy to install. However, I must admit the black 121 strand box braided wig did look a little grainy in person not as realistic as the 100-strand honey blonde one i purchased last year. but maybe it is my bathroom lighting from afar it looks like true braids. I believe on a budget it is beautiful but if you got the funds get the pre bleached options because they look more realistic than the non-bleached ones. or if you know how to you can bleach it yourself, I guess. I just added make up to the lace it's a faster/simpler option for me. but I still love it got this one for work because they are strict about hair colors and it's a keeper love the density and I think I'm a 121-strand girl from now on.

I love this, it’s my 2nd braided wig I’m loving it especially for my age 59. It’s comfortable not overly thick just enough hair it’s just wonderful and the cap feels great.
The hair is nice. It’s just heavy on my head. I don’t have any hair so it’s hard to hold it up. I guess I should’ve ordered crochet hair . It’s much lighter other than that. It’s nice. It’s just a little bit too heavy for my head. I feel like I’m holding a rock up there.

This is a beautiful wig and nobody could tell that it wasn’t real braids. I cut off almost all the baby because that’s not my style. I wasn’t able to style mine because the braids wouldn’t turn on the wig so I could only wear it with the middle part which still looked good. Overall, I love it!
Amazing unit
The lace is so good! Better than some of the wigs I own all you need to do is tint it with your foundation and you won’t even need to glue it. The edges also help in blending the lace. Only this is the strap can become stretchy so it won’t be as tight

Great wig I will definitely re-order it again. The color is very vibrant and also it’s very lightweight. The lace is very thin to where you really can’t even see the eyes which makes good for melting as well.

So this is wig number 2 for me What I love: color beautiful. install easy. Looks natural. With some tint the Lace is realistic enough. Price wasn’t extremely high. (Got on sale ) Length I was at first nervous about but I love it. When I do get another one I am ion even blonder 😁 Compared to my first wig — cap size feels a little more snug (smaller) even though it comes in size medium the other one I had some space to spare … but still fit very well To my DIY beginners… Keep in mind: you do have to color the lace as roots are not bleached! this lace does have certain spots that need a little more love if applying make up to the lace. Other than that you’re golden with this unit. I was a little skeptical from the mannequin photos but I say Try the colors Ladies! I know the black one is cheapest but the colors look so beautiful in person! For the install- what I did > Get you a good velvet wig grip and boom bam! after generously applying make up to the lace used ebin sportz edition spray with a mini high speed fan to do the drying of the lace and edges I cut some length off of the edges of course (small forehead) and done

I LoveLove my unit. It is exceptionally remarkable and lightweight. This wig is definitely beginner friendly. The process of applying it was straightforward.
